Let’s not take the return of Paul Henry with a grain of salt. It’s indicative of a doubling down on white supremacy to lead us out of this crisis. The irony being that white supremacy is the source of wide spread inequity which has made this situation unbearable for many people

Let’s also not take for granted what it means when cis, ableist, rich white men are given the space to lead conversations on our collective future. They are rebuilding the world in their image. They are reaffirming the centre of power within their own imaginings.

& before you ask, no, poor people, BIPOC, LGBTQ and disabled peoples don’t exist there.
