Everything I’m seeing says:

1) the virus is worse than many people think
2) the economic crash is worse than many people think

If a government is trying to make decisions, they can’t just minimize sickness or unemployment in isolation. Need to minimize combination of two terms.
It’s like stagflation. That combined unemployment and inflation.

This may be a pandepression. A pandemic-caused depression.

Looking for a term that makes clear that the two things are intertwined and you can’t fix the economy without fixing (or at least mitigating) the virus.
