Joint tournaments with equal working conditions. Equal pay. Equal gender breakdown on any merged board.

Workers joining together is always good. But the women need an equal voice at the table, and nothing less. @rogerfederer @RafaelNadal can you commit to that now?

Especially with the ATP’s history of making public comments marginalizing the women’s tour and putting Justin Gimelstob in a position of power. @rogerfederer and @RafaelNadal you need to justify why the WTA should trust you.

Why was @serenawilliams seemingly blindsided by this public launch @rogerfederer and @RafaelNadal? If you want to have a partnership with women’s tennis, shouldn’t you be coordinating with them to come up with a plan?
