EO "Suspending Immigration" is out! It applies only to those outside of US, not to AOS, & bars entry as "immigrant" of anyone unless covered by very limited exempted classes consisting of:
* EB-5
* Spouses/Children < 21 of USCitizens

* green card holders
* SI & SQ visa holders (+IR)
* members of military + spouse/children

However, if a person already has a immigrant visa issued as of today or other entry documents then they will be allowed to enter

So for the next 60 days (plus any execeptions) the following applicants will not be able to enter:
*DV Lottary winners
*Employment based immigrant visa holders
*parents, siblings, and adult children of US citizens
*spouses & children of green card holders
