My neighbor got served eviction papers. She's current on her rent, never paid rent late or missed a payment.

Why? Her Aunt, her children's babysitter, has been staying in her apartment during quarantine which violates her leases "guests cannot stay beyond 30 days" clause

They literally told her to kick her Aunt out DURING A PANDEMIC and then have her (the Aunt) apply as a tenant with property management company. IF her Aunt is approved for tenancy-- she can move back.

She was ONLY staying to provide childcare AND heed shelter in place "law"
Either way-- they expect my neighbor to move out.
I believe this case should fall under the covid eviction moratorium because if not for covid quarantine her Aunt would have been sheltering in place in her own home about 45 minutes away.
