Why do you think it’s right to assault your child but not for the police to assault you? What makes you different from your child? Are they not authority? Fink about it.
To be clear, a police officer is not supposed to hit you under any circumstances. Unless you attack them. And even then they’re only supposed to restrain you. So if you’re wrong and they hit you, would that excuse it?
