(1/4) Hi #yeg. Are you ready for COVID restrictions to be over? Do you just want answers for when we can get back to “normal”?

Me too. We’ve been at this for what seems like a long time, but @CMOH_Alberta has been clear that we have to remain vigilant to protect each other.
(2/4) Anxiety and anger are completely normal responses to uncertainty. We are all collectively grieving a loss of normalcy and there's not a person in this country that doesn’t want to return to a more comfortable way of life, or desire some degree of certainty.
(3/4) Everything we do now ensures that there will be something for us to return to, and so we will continue to follow Dr. Hinshaw’s recommendations and the lead of the Province.
(4/4) If you’re struggling, there are resources to help you. This list from @CAMHnews has really good tips for managing stress and anxiety https://bit.ly/2UAJytL  and you can reach out to the AHS Mental Health Helpline at 1-877-303-2642. You are not alone. #yeg #COVID19AB
