As an isolation distraction, I've been thinking about Marquee players David Beckham's Inter Miami could sign.

Saw them linked with Hames Rodriguez. Would be a great addition and would surely do great in the MLS. At 28, he is in his prime years and would be considered a coup.

Another option in that playmaker position would be David Silva. Due to leave Man City very soon and again would bring a stroke of magic to the MLS.

I think I if we assume one of the above options as a playmaker, we need an effective Striker to capitalize on opportunities created.

Number one would be a great finisher approaching the twilight of his career who could score for fun in the MLS.

Step up Fernando Llorente

Another Spanish speaking finisher under great competition for places at his current club is Gonzalo Higuain. Loaned out twice during his Juve spell. Probably a big fan of American food, could he be tempted to bag on the other side of the Atlantic?

Lets go a little left field here and assume with the quality of chances being created by Silva/Hames, we could put the big money elsewhere.

This next striker ticks the following criteria;

Spanish sounding name
Scored goals in Premier League
Over 30
Boyishly Handsome

Now hows about some potential wingers? Often difficult to get to the USA as when pace declines, they will move further back or central. There is one obvious choice.
