Forget the health advice and productivity tips that just make you feel more overwhelmed...

If you really want to utilize this lockdown time for growth, you only need to do one thing:

Be honest with yourself.

No shame, guilt, or judgment. Just honesty with where you’re at
Being honest with yourself might mean asking:

What's working?
What's not working?
What have you been avoiding?
What do you still need to heal?
How are you showing up for yourself?
How are you not showing up for yourself?
What voices inside you are screaming to be heard?
You and I both know the numbing isn't the problem. I know you beat yourself up for habits you hate and can't seem to stop doing, but all of that's a distraction.

What are you numbing from? What still needs to be healed? How are you holding yourself back from living your truth?
We avoid being honest because we already know the answer.

The real problem is that we're...

a) too scared to do anything about it
b) stuck in circumstances out of our control for the foreseeable future
c) trapped by our own beliefs about what's possible

or all of the above
The good news?

For all of you Type A fixers and doers out there who are always looking for the next solution to your problems...

The most honest thing you can do is be honest with yourself...

And then NOT rush to fix it. Just sit in the ick and keep looking for clarity
When we rush into problem-solving mode, it usually comes from a place of fear or insecurity. Now that you know what's wrong, all you want to do is fix fix fix to make it go away before anyone sees that you don't have it all together.

None of us have our shit together.
Just sit.
Sitting in the ick illuminates all the ways we run from our problems and inevitably create more problems for ourselves by playing out our patterns over and over again.

This time, my challenge is for you to prioritize healing before fixing. Healing shows you the solutions
