Four hours into my wait, I get an email from you about a missed delivery. How? I've BEEN HERE waiting for HOURS! /2
I have had the tracking open for hours and checked it. Magically there is an update for a supposed delivery attempt four hours prior? It took FOUR HOURS for the driver to say a delivery attempt was made? /3
I tried replying to the email twice. It bounced back as undeliverable. The mailbox does not exist. You don't want to communicate via email. /4
I called the 800 number on the email. It took 20 minutes before I got a representative. In the middle of trying to talk to her I am interrupted by a rooster crowing. I ask if that is a rooster I just heard. She says YES. /5
@officedepot She attempts to call the delivery dispatcher. She disconnects me while I am on hold. She has my call back number, but does not call back. So begins my 90 minute telephone odyssey of trying to get a human being from your company and the delivery company to help me. /6
@officedepot I am 5 hours into a wait for supplies i need to work at home and PAPER TOWELS and I cannot speak to a human who will not disconnect me while trying to look into it. None of your people call back. I cannot be here tomorrow. We are on lockdown! /7
