Notes On “Russian Active Measures Campaigns And Interference In The 2016 U.S. Election,” Volumes I-IV, Senate Select Committee On Intelligence (116th Congress)
The purpose of this thread is to show how government communication should be written, because I read the topline findings of all four volumes of this report and did not find it to be biased.
What you do not realize is the extent to which foreign adversaries are targeting us to make us hate each other. They did it during the election and they're doing it now.
This report was politicized the minute it was issued, so I decided to go ahead and look at it for myself to see if the problem was in the report itself, or in the reporting.

It's in the reporting.
My method for this experiment (which is basically an experiment in government communication) was to take the findings of the report and re-state them. If I could restate them without having to omit politics, then the report was nonpartisan.

Result: SUCCESS
So even though things are bad, they are not bad in the way our foreign adversaries would have you think. The United States is not falling apart. That is THEIR narrative.
