You are so wrapped up in your own thoughts it hurts. You are looking for a reason that things went bad. Things aren’t all bad. You’re just letting yourself believe that they are. It’s like you’re looking for an excuse to walk away, because
you don’t like that you still feel this way. You want to walk away so you don’t look dumb, giving something your all, just to get hurt again. Don’t be afraid of life :(. Things will hurt you but things will also may you happy. If you avoid happiness at the chance of getting hurt
you’ll just end up miserable. You’ll be left and hurting anyway. Giving happiness a chance again is okay. I know being hurt sucks, and that healing isn’t a fun process. The universe has so much for you in store and you’re denying it. It’s okay to want it. You don’t have to feel
like you don’t deserve it. You do deserve it. You deserve love and happiness and people who care about you. All these things that still hurt need to be felt. Stop pushing them away. Stop pushing those feelings so deep down that they’re stuck in there forever. You need to feel.
Don’t deny yourself greatness because you’re afraid of failing. Failure is so common. It happens to everyone even if it doesn’t look like it. You are most definitely not alone. You don’t have to feel alone. You push everyone away, and keep them at surface level. People can only
try for so long. Don’t make them try to prove themselves to you. Don’t make them chase you just for you to keep pushing them away. Hurting others because your hurt, never works. You need to let this out. Writing it out, crying it out, singing it out, using art, whatever. It needs
to come out. Talk to spirit if you need too. You don’t have to keep feeling like this. No one is going to come and fix you. No one will magically take this pain away, especially if you won’t let anyone in. This is something you need to do. You need to acknowledge your feelings
and heal them properly, so you can enjoy yourself and life again. Don’t let yourself be alone because you’re too afraid of the bad things that could happen. Healing is hard, but it’s necessary. Grow.
