I've always been extraordinarily clear about the fact that my Unicorn Squad group is for black women and black women only. It isn't a secret because there is nothing to hide. A few months ago, somehow someone managed to completely flout that rule and get in undetected. 1/5
When I realize the person is in there and they shouldn't be, and they know they shouldn't, they were removed. No warning, no discussion, because there isn't anything TO discuss. Apparently they were subscribed to my email list and left me a scathing note the other day. 2/5
It said there is enough discrimination in the world, there shouldn't be any in the ADHD world. This person who invaded a space of mine that was supposed to be safe for me and the women in it ALL WHILE KNOWING she wasn't supposed to be there, yet had the nerve to scold ME. 3/5
This person violated me, then had the nerve to complain that she didn't understand why she was removed. The boldness leaves one speechless, truly.

It is not discriminatory to have safe spaces.

There is this push back from the neurodivergent community. Because we face oppression because of ableism, some feel they have a "we're all one" pass. That's not how it works!

People understand parameters until they realize they aren't the exception. Fragility much? 5/5
