I work with a supply chain from Croatia to Western Canada and I'm watching it fall apart, though very slowly.

I was a lot more optimistic just two weeks ago, but more and more processes are breaking.

Assembly line jig manufacturer just went out of business.
What this means is that companies now can't make any adjustments to their bottles when filling.

For example, a hot sauce company with a filling process for a particular bottle height and neck dimension can't alter their product.
There is no other similar parts manufacturer in the city, so orders will have to come from... most likely China.
On a side note, I'm experiencing 7-12.5% price inflation due to currency depreciation against the US dollar, as cardboard and most packing material is made south of the border... with Canadian pulp.

Lots of cross-border dependencies.
