This is your reminder that it's OK to say "Black" -- and not "people of color" -- when you mean Black.

SAY BLACK.

I should also be very clear that "OK" is sarcasm here. People *better* stay saying Black especially when you really don’t mean people of color. It’s otherwise lazy and ultimately means nothing, not even solidarity. And when we do demographics breakdowns, it is useless.
