I’ve been working on my album for nine months now, and it’s kind of hard to believe that it’s done. I mean, there’s still a little time until I can hear your reactions to it and then it’ll REALLY be over, but there’s no more recording, no more tweaking the mixes.

When I started this project last July, I had this sort of feeling like, “Who let me make an album? Am I good enough to make an album?” And I sort of still feel like that a bit

But the truth is you make your own opportunities, and there’s no one to give you permission, and there’s no need to wait. I’m proud of myself for coming out the other side with an album I’m excited to share and many, many lessons learned haha.
