what are some of the most affirming seminaries for queer folk?

I am very seriously looking at transferring this fall due to problems in my denomination as well as my seminary. places I'm looking at transferring to are:

-chicago theological seminary
-union theological seminary

i also am not bound to any specific denomination at this moment

my interests are:
-diverse professorial staff
-liberation theology and social justice bent
-queer advocacy being valued and even supported
-safe space for queer exploration
-affordability
-reasonable housing
