It's really easy to see people doing stuff in the distance and jump to conclusions. From what I can tell, that's what bylaw enforcement officers have been doing, and then we find out that they're doing a really terrible job.

The data says that what we're doing is working.
We should be encouraged, and feel energized to continue.
Channelling your energy into feeling mad at your fellow citizens out of a perceived lack of commitment to the cause just represents needless divisiveness.
