Cancel culture is great when used on the right people for the correct occasions. Cancelling someone bc they said the n word, no hard r, 5 years ago as a 15 year old is worth asking for an apology but not worth trying to ruin their life now.

It’s really sad that we’re all pretending we haven’t said and done really questionable things as teenagers. We’re all very easily subject to being cancelled. It’s not an excuse to do it; it’s reality. We need to use discernment and decide if someone deserves being cancelled-

AT THE MOMENT. He’s clearly grown from then. Stop being so damn pretentious and allow people to grow from their mistakes, even when those mistake offend you.
If they refuse to grow, cancel away. But this is not one of those instances.
