Genesis 2:15 “The LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.” One of the first things God instructed man to do was to “work and keep” the Garden. The word “keep” in Hebrew is the word "shamar." 2/3

"Shamar" has the idea of “guarding, protecting and attending."

We aren't called to worship nature but we are called to protect and attend to it. Let's love and cherish what God has made. 3/3
