It's Jack Nicholson's 83rd birthday. I have a crazy Jack Nicholson story.

In 2007 I saw that THE TWO JAKES (the last film he directed) was finally coming out on DVD. I said what the hell & sent an interview request into the ether.

Keep in mind, Jack NEVER does interviews

About a week later I was at an airport and got a call on my cell from a woman who said she was Jack's assistant. He wanted to talk.

He called me the next week. He was amazing. The conversation went on for an hour. I couldn't believe it was happening then & kind of still can't.

A few months later Jack endorsed Hillary Clinton for President. I asked him if he wanted to chat again. And he did! In fact he hopped on the phone within a couple hours of me asking.
