In 2003 after the SARS Outbreak the U.S. led a major reform of the W.H.O

Creating rules (International Health Regulations) on how countries report on public health threats. Effective 2007.

Article 6 - A Country must notify the W.H.O. within 24 hours of any event that may constitute a public health emergency. And they must notify of anything related to SARS.

Just so happens, SARS is a close genetic relative of the virus that causes Covid19.

Diseases of unknown causes or sources also have rules on how/when to notify the W.H.O.

There is also a continued obligation to share all the information re: the virus even after the notification to the W.H.O is made.

China did not meet this obligation and did not share all the information that it had after the initial notification.

Instead, it covered up how dangerous it was denied human to human contact for a month, censored those who tried to warn the world,

Ordered a halt to testing new samples and destroyed existing samples.

Still, China HAS NOT shared the inside China samples with the outside world. Making it impossible to track the diseases evolution.

The W.H.O regulatory arm clearly failed to hold China accountable.

China broke and continues to break all of the rules agreed to by all the WORLD LEADERS. The W.H.O's job is to enforce those rules so that this doesnt happen.

The Director General W.H.O is also expected to report if a country is not following the rules. But that didnt happen.

Do you still think we should give them hundreds of millions of American tax dollars per year?

Ask yourself why they failed so hard to do their ONE JOB. Prevent a worldwide epidemic.
