So I asked her if Monday early was possible she said Sawa. On Monday she says 2pm. Come 2 pm, no word. I text her asking what& #39;s the new time she& #39;s like by end of day. And gives me nduthi guy& #39;s number I ask for myself. Sawa. I do. Around 5:30 it& #39;s delivered.
Nduthi guy reaches into a paperbag removes and hands me the dress. Bare. No packaging no nothing. By this time ata I& #39;m tired. So I go home and fit the dress. I& #39;m shook. So I ask what& #39;s going on. She calls and asks me "are you sure that& #39;s your order? Because there was another dress same color". How can I be sure it& #39;s mine if it wasn& #39;t even packaged or labeled. Ata a simple paperbag with my name on it. Ama A4 envelope.
So we agree that there& #39;s a mix up and mine will be brought yesterday then I give this one back. Jana around 4 she calls and says there& #39;s a delay and it might have to be today. I say Sawa. Today she texts me hey and goes quiet. No update. No delivery. Nothing.
So fine you can& #39;t be compared to big businesses but kwani how much does it cost to shoot a text and inform client that there& #39;s a delay. Communication tu. It& #39;s such a basic thing Yaani.
Anyway, she says I& #39;m rude and I don& #39;t understand. She also admitted that she& #39;s not the one making the dresses at the moment and she has outsourced to other fundis which wasn& #39;t what she had advertised initially. What you get isn& #39;t what& #39;s in the initial pics.
Anyway, I& #39;ve been refunded my small small money. But that was some terrible customer service yaani.
