Dear @jack,

I am an active role player on @Twitter and have been for several years. For the last year or so, several twitter role play accounts have been targeted by your automated system and deleted/suspended/locked for no reason whatsoever. I am asking that you find -
- ( @jack) a way to fix this. We are following the rules you put forth for roleplay/parody accounts and yet we're still being locked.

For myself, I have reached out to @Twitter @TwitterSupport for hours on end to get accounts back. In the beginning of March, I was a -
- ( @jack) victim of the tornados in Tennessee, my whole home destroyed and had to relocate, start rebuilding my life. The one thing I wanted to do to escape was come to my favorite place to write and get it out, to cope with my favorite thing, role play on twitter. -
- ( @jack) A few days later, I woke to find 100 of my accounts suspended, saying I violated Twitter's policies. All of my accounts are labeled "RP" and were active, on my phone, that I was writing on. There was no reason for them to be locked. I was devastated. On top -
- ( @jack) of everything else, my Twitter outlet was gone. I sent in help tickets for all of them, more than one, replied to emails, just to get automated excuses and replies. Not one real life person reached out to help me. On April 15, I got around fifty back. I was happy to -
- ( @jack) be back on Twitter and started writing more again, I had my outlet back, I had more hope. Then today I woke up to find that at least 20 of my accounts were again locked. Most of them? They were JUST unlocked on April 15.

The automated system you have in place -
- ( @jack) is not working. It's targeting your huge role play community and I'm one of its victims. I'm trying to find happiness and an outlet in @Twitter as I always have, but instead of being able to, @TwitterSupport just gives automated responses and isn't helpful.

I feel -
- ( @jack) targeted, mistreated, and disrespected. As someone who loves to write, your company is taking away my happy place on the regular and to be honest? I don't have the time/effort anymore to send in countless help tickers for HOURS.

And I'm not the only one. So many of -
- ( @jack) my friends have lost accounts and had to spend time remaking them or sending in help tickets only to get locked on a monthly basis.

This has to stop.

You're going to lose a huge community if this keeps up.

I want an answer. What are you going to do to change things -
- ( @jack) and make it easier to use this platform for me and other roleplayers? When will the madness end? When will my accounts be unlocked? When will you and @Twitter @TwitterSupport do something to show us we are important and being heard?
