If I was in charge of new Spider-Man adaptation then it gonna be big budget Live-Action TV Show.

I would planned three seasons, but would make season 1 final very clear for the whole story, because...you know. Ratings. They can be bad.
What about plot? Peter Parker - 30 years. Peter works in a lab with Hank Pym. He left Daily Bugle after every bullshit that JJJ approved for publication.
Season 1 would be linked with classic villains. In final would be cliffhanger that gonna make a basis for season 2 that should be an adaptation of «Spider-Hunt» and «Identiy Crisis» storylines.
