And part of the process is taking and passing the Neuro-Psychiatric examination. I am a former intern at PNP General Hospital Neuro-Psychiatric Section, we monitor and observe the assessment conducted to the clients who are applying for LTOPF or PTC, and I can assure you-

adhering to Mr. Ragos's mental health record, not a single chance he can pass the examination and the interview. These police officers in-charged are well-trained and are registered Psychometricians and Psychologists.
