The Pentagon will argue it can’t use existing funds to address the pandemic. But Trump's DOD mysteriously found BILLIONS when it suited his political motives. 
EXAMPLE — $13.3B will be redirected by the end of FY2020 for Trump’s border wall.

There are SEVERAL places the Pentagon can redirect savings to help the US and the global community during this time, including:
Savings from less training/overseas operations
Savings due to the steep drop in oil prices
Savings from slowing arms production

We don’t need more nukes, drones, or militarized borders. 
We need Congress to focus its resources on national solidarity & economic relief for the people.
