Its so easy for the people that can work from home and the politicians to tell you to stay home when they’re all still collecting a paycheck. Yet, there’s no consideration for people that spent years of time and money to own/start a business just to have everything taken away

Seems like nobody cares about the blue collar workers that cant just simply “work from home”. They have been out of work for weeks now and its pretty selfish for people to tell them to stay home when they cant pay for anything because they haven’t seen a paycheck in 7 weeks

This shutdown is really taking its toll on my business with most manufacturers shutdown which are mom and pop shops that we buy material from. Building inspectors coming to jobsites making sure we arent working while the building inspector is still collecting a paycheck. Fuck off

Its really frustrating seeing the media and local politicians using this pandemic as leverage to boost their political ideas too. In my eyes, 80% of the Democratic politicians are so out of touch with what it is like to be a regular person that owns a business or works 9-5
