THREAD: I got my stimulus check today. I’m not rich, but I’m blessed, and many need this more than I do. If you’ve been furloughed or let go and have a bill, I can try and Venmo or cash app you some help. I’m just a nobody trying to help somebody, but it doesn’t end there

I’m guessing we’re going to see a lot of people who need help. *We* can do more. @StMarysFoodBank has seen unprecedented demand. 28,000 people asked for help at the beginning of April, up from 3,500 in the beginning of March.
