Analysis on #JusticeForWinstonRagos case:

According to reports, he’s a Marawi Hero. And currently suffering from PTSD and Schizophrenia.

(1) Mr. Ragos is outnumbered.
(2) He’s on a losing position.
(3) No confirmation yet if Mr. Ragos is armed. The police didn’t see any weapon but the police shot him anyway.
(4) Eye witnesses told the police, before the situation escalated, that Mr. Ragos is unarmed. But the police said “Wala akong pake kahit walang dala”.
Investigation says he had a 38-caliber. What do you expect? Who did the investigation? Do not feed your idolatry with possible tampered evidence.
(5) Mr. Ragos put his arms out in the air for about 15secs. Tried to give his hands to the police, a very opportune time to put handcuffs on Mr. Ragos. But it didn’t happen.
(6) Persons around them tried to talk to the police forces because they knew Mr. Ragos has a condition but the policemen didn’t care.
(7) He’s still physically capable for about 10secs after two shots, he could have fired his weapon (if he really has any). But he intentionally dropped his bag towards the policemen.
(8) The police could have hit Mr. Ragos somewhere non vital. Legs or arms to incapacitate him.
(9) This is the most painful, the policemen knew he was a former military, they should know their brod (the victim) is possibly suffering from shock.

That’s your brother! And you didn’t try to understand what he’s going through like you don’t know how war works.
After serving for your country, this is what you get. Killed in front of your family.
Ang sakit sa puso na kapwa mo kabaro, di maintindihan na may sakit ka dahil galing ka ng Marawi.

Hindi nila naintindihan na kaya ka nagkasakit eh dahil sa pinaglaban nyo.
