Feel free to laugh but he raises a point I& #39;ve harped in public since 2006. @US_CYBERCOM exhibits the same flaw that ripped apart Air Force Communications Command:

1/3 You can& #39;t be a "warfighting domain" when you& #39;re ALSO a key component to every other warfighting domain... https://twitter.com/Chuck_Petras/status/1252962465760997379">https://twitter.com/Chuck_Pet...
2/3 @US_CYBERCOM is unlike any other COCOM. We view cyber as a force like gravity when in fact both cyber & gravity are *properties* of the world around us.

Hence @US_SpaceCom must employ a whole division of cyber troops when it only needs a *liaison* from other COCOMs...
3/3 @US_SpaceCom& #39;s cyber troops follow dotted lines to @US_CYBERCOM -- or is it the other way around?

That& #39;s why Air Force Communications Command ripped apart at its dotted lines:

They viewed "comm" as a force to be reckoned with, when in fact it& #39;s a property of warfighting.
