1. For those of you that know me, I hope you would agree that I& #39;m a stand up a guy with nothing but love for this space and for others. 2. During the COVID, crypto market crash on the 12th of March. Last month I started to contact Nexo asking them questions about the liquidations that took place and why we were liquidated when their entire platform crashed which meant it was impossible for users of the platform
3. To secure their assets and rebalance their portfolios. Nexo offered us a crypto refund scheme whereby they would buy back our assets that they liquidated during the crash at the market price not at the liquidation price and were also asking us to deposit more funds to back
4. these assets up, otherwise they couldn& #39;t help. What has happened since this time is that Nexo have gone after myself and others with threatening letters, telling me they would sue me if I spoke anymore about this with a £50,000 fine for every comment or picture or anything
5. Lots of people are blaming myself and others for not supposedly looking after our finances and telling us that is is our fault that we were liquidated, yet @CelsiusNetwork a competitor decided to protect their investors and didn& #39;t liquidate anyone.
6. Not only has Nexo blocked myself and many others while trying to threaten and silence us all but they refuse to help us anymore. Quite honestly I was terrified last month when they sent me these threatening emails and I almost signed the document from AntoniNEXO
7. Today I& #39;ve decided to let everyone know what truly happened though and to also say that I will be fighting this tooth and nail. I love this space but I hate what it has become. There are so many companies over the years that have scammed and taken advantage of good people
8. Even at the height of this Coronavirus and a two year bear market. For those of you questioning why I used Nexo, I was desperate, I am a student who had nothing due to the prolonged bear market and I needed to take a loan against my assets because I needed to survive. I now
9. have nothing to lose in my eyes accept for trying to remedy this situation myself even if that means Nexo trying to sue a broke student with nothing, no house, and no assets apart from a tiny bit of crypto left. I really would appreciate if you could share the crap out of this
10. The aim is to let people in this space know that they are not alone and that you shouldn& #39;t give up just because someone threatens you. What Nexo did was despicable and I hope that finally they can see that the handling of this situation has been appalling and nobody should
11. Should ever be subjected to this treatment. Nexo are supposed to be @SEC_Enforcement compliant and also have supposedly insurance through @BitGo so this makes no sense that they would behave in such a way.
