I have done three interviews today for #EarthDay 
and in two of them I make claims that I want to back up. Specifically, that the petroleum sector, through CAPP, advocated for a bunch of policies that I said was unreasonable.

I said specifically that they were lobbying to impact environmental law and even Indigenous rights. I may have been imprecise in my language from a legalistic perspective but what I was broadly referring to is articulated well here: https://environmentaldefence.ca/2020/04/17/capp_covid_memo/
I'm clarifying this here because I know that decarbonization advocates are scrutinized to a very high degree.
