@JBPritzker soooo.... JB why is it that at ALL of the Illinois Department of Employment Security buildings are not open to the public.... all of the location say “call the governor” or “call our 800 #” THAT WE CANNOT GET THROUGH! This is an inconvenience and we need assistance!

So, can you mandate that these buildings open to serve us as Americans who are ENDURING the hardships of being laid off due to these unprecedented times? The numbers AREN’T WORKING. The employees ARE RUDE AND IGNORING all of us who just stood outside for 30 minutes waiting.

Something needs to be done @JBPritzker but it will only happen through you and those under you. I have ALL of my documents and ALL of my necessary information to present to whom ever. I’ve faxed over numerous documents. I’ve already filed a claim and certified. What else is left?
