Howdy, folks. A lot of us are feelin pretty stressed right now, I think. Sometimes that can manifest as anxiety, or having racing thoughts, and respectfully, we’re no stranger to that either.

I’d like to talk you about selfcare, mindfulness, and my favourite street in Zadash 1/?
The Invulnerable Vagrant looks out on a busy street. Sometimes when Prime or one of the simulacra is feeling stressed, we go upstairs and look out.

There are lots of people walking by at any time. It’s nice to look out the window and people-watch. But there’s a trick to it 2/?
At first, your eyes will want to follow people. Maybe that half-elf with the colourful hat, or the gnome with a cart. There are certainly a lot of eye-catching people out there!

But the trick is to let yourself see them, acknowledge them, and let them pass by 3/?
Meditation is a lot like that. It can be really hard to look at your thoughts, acknowledge them, and let them go. But it’s a real useful tool, I’ll tell you that.

Try sitting comfortably. Slow your breathing a little if you can. Hear, but don’t listen 4/?
Then count your breath. A breath in is one, a breath out is two. A breath in is three, a breath out is four. Once you reach ten, start again at one.

Now, you’re gonna get distracted. Maybe a passing thought, or a sound. And that’s okay. That’s normal 5/?
When you notice that you’ve been distracted, start counting again. In - one, out - two. In - three, out - four.

You don’t have to do it for very long, or very often. But you might find that it helps you, just like it helps us.
