The people whom we elect are supposed to *represent us*, not just tweet variations on "look at Mitch!" By the time Democratic voters realize how complicit the Democratic leadership is with the Trump's agenda, it'll be too late. Things didn't - & don't - have to be this horrific. https://twitter.com/benFranklin2018/status/1252944455390375937
- Is your rent/mortage protected?
- Are you getting enough paid leave/money to quarantine?
- Do you have medical coverage, esp if you lose your job?

Do you pay taxes? Do you vote for Democrats or Mitch? WHO HAS THE HOUSE?

Doing nothing while pointing fingers is unacceptable.👇
"Wait until Dems win the House"
"Wait for 2020 elections"
"Wait for the next bill"

If we don't hold the officials FOR WHOM WE VOTE accountable, no one else will. Dem leaders want you to blame Mitch, but Mitch doesn't have the House, & he's not a king. https://twitter.com/justicedems/status/1252781246360489989?s=19
Democratic leaders are representing big businesses much more than they're representing us, and they want you to blame Mitch or Trump. What we're missing is a critical mass of Democratic voters who recognize this and demand representation from OUR elected officials.
We're so far out of whack as a country that our own elected Democrats are giving big companies money & breaks while telling us to wait in the face of inhumanity, economic collapse, and death, and WE'RE NOT THROWING HOLY HELL FITS demanding representation.
Until enough of us stand up together, we will remain unprotected, and our country's economy and democracy will continue to decline. Democracy doesn't happen automatically, it's loud, messy, and constantly vigilant.

No more silence. No more just accepting our fate. Start yelling.
