as u can see in the video the man was already considered as a threat when he did not comply to the police. oo may ptsd nga eh alam ba ng police yan. They tried to handling the situation verbally hindi nagcomply yung lalaki so natural they took it as a threat

especially when he reached down sa sling bag niya parang may baril siya or ano.

The civilians and the police were at risk when that moment happend. The man was on the spot if he was going to do something in order to protect the civilians and mga kasama niyang police. I dont support killing pero i get why he had to go to extreme measures.
