These accounts of people calling the hotline and being sent to different places and being rejected etc... Do they ever call the hotline back or do they just stay home after the final rejection. I& #39;m curious to know what the official complaints process is.
I feel like I& #39;m missing something. If I got the run around, I& #39;d be calling the hotline back and escalating.
