Dr. Oz, on Fox & Friends, says the VA study on hydroxychloroquine shows that "we don't know" if it works and "we are better off waiting for the randomized trials Dr. Fauci has been asking for."

Just an astonishing turnaround for a network that has been aggressively promoting it.
Fox promoted hydroxychloroquine nearly 300 times over a two week period, Laura Ingraham credited her show with Trump’s push to adopt the treatment and advised him on it in the White House, but the network's coverage of the drug has slackened. https://www.mediamatters.org/coronavirus-covid-19/fox-news-mentions-hydroxychloroquine-have-significantly-dropped
It is bad that the president takes advice from his television.
To be clear, "we don't know" if it works and "we are better off waiting for the randomized trials" were the correct answers all along but instead Fox went all the way out on the limb telling their viewers, including the president, that hydroxychloroquine was a miracle covid cure.
Anyway, just gonna leave these here.
