How y'all feel about between 30-35 to start having kids?

Is that too old?
Personally, I want to be stable both financially and career-wise before I start having children. I want to be able to dedicate myself 100% to my wife and children. For me, that's not based on any sort of age limit... more than anything else when I reach those goals.
