Not going to lie, the past few days have been mentally tough for me. I'm lacking motivation to do many things, and the distractions have been plentiful. I've been short-tempered and also quiet.
So I'm going to try and solve things by:

1. Going for a run.
2. Baking
3. Eating
4. Baking
5. Squeezing in a ZOom lab meeting
6. Eating
7. Reading a favourite book (Kitchen Confidential by the late @Bourdain)
Tomorrow will be a better day.
Sourdough cornmeal berry muffins...
Not necessarily baking but our supply of English muffins has been replenished.

Maybe some eggs Benedicts are needed for dinner...
