It's information warfare.

Russian and Iran are amplifying China's horrific charge that the U.S. Department of Defense poisoned the people it's sworn to protect - and millions around the world.

The three nations accuse Americans of war crimes.

China wouldn't comment.
Iran said we did it.
Russia said it doesn't do the Active Measures it pioneered, mastered, and is doing harder than ever.
