Some import changes to the lockdown regulations in
England have just been made, without warning, by the government. Will try and summarise them in this thread

Amendments here http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/447/made
Explanatory note here http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/447/pdfs/uksiem_20200447_en.pdf
Here are a few slides from my powerpoint from yesterday which I have just updated and will post in full later. These summarise what I think are the key changes
I think the key change which is going to affect everybody is it is no longer just unlawful to *leave* the place you’re living without a reasonable excuse, you now cannot be outside of the place you’re living at all without a reasonable excuse
Also, the changes have slightly brought down the age limit for giving a fixed penalty notice. From over the age of 18 to 18 and over. Badluck 18-year-olds!
