We present our pre-preprint results from our physical-location and demographics-specific model. We have simulated the COVID-19 outbreak in an entire German municipality. Early results show that schools are major hubs for infection transmission.

By data driven simulation of the outbreak in a small German town considering daily life of individuals (schedules, occupation, age, risks etc), demograhics and the physical map or the area in an agent-based model, we can model a realistic as well as various mitigation scenarios.
The simulation of a scenario without mitigation measure demonstrates that schools (and kindergartens) are major hubs for infection transmission.
We working on the pre-print now and implementation of mitigation scenarios, results will be shared shortly.
