ok controversial rant.
so if you aren’t aware, a tiktok girl who was very popular got exposed for saying the n-word with a hard ‘r’ and in songs just mouthing along to it freely. as we all know people like Lil huddy and Mattia have also been called out for saying it.

the problem is, mattia and chase continue to have succes and are still very popular despite not learning from their mistakes. they continue to say the ‘r’ word and the ‘f’ slur. They don’t deserve the platform that they have yet it is white people that forgave them and continue
to support them. WHITE PEOPLE DO NOT GET TO DECIDE IF THEY WANT TO FORGIVE SOMEONE’S RACIST ACTIONS OR NOT. this doesn’t only invalidate poc people’s feelings but it also confirms the thought that white people get to decide what is racist and what isn’t. YALL ARENT BEING
DISCRIMINATED. STOP FORGIVING PEOPLE FOR THINGS THAT DID NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECT YOU. the people who are suffering from these slurs are the ONLY ONES who can decide weither they want to forgive someone or not.
also, white privilige is in fact a thing. i know i have it. i didnt ask for it but it exists. How we use that privilige is what defines us. we have the ability to be an ally and to help poc people spread their message in every way possible. they need to be heard BC WE
ARE ALL EQUALS.
Now there was an incident recently of two students (i dont remember their names but if i find it i’ll add it) making an extremely racist video and they have been expelled from school. they’re getting tons of hate and the consequences are huge. This girl has been
posting on her social media how her “life is ruind” and how “she isnt gonna have a future now because her education has been taken away from her” and how “shes getting a lot of hate”. and i just wanna say does it feel bad not having a fair chance at education? does it feel
bad getting hate comments of people that don’t know you? does it feel bad having other people ruin your future and not giving you a chance? does it feel bad being called out everywhere you go? THAT is what poc people go through at some point in their life and even worse. THAT is
what they have to live with it. they don’t even have to make a mistake to get discriminated and hated on. they are born and immediately get judged for the color of their skin. i just wanna say this white girl deserves everything that’s happening to her right now.
if you even think for a second you can dehumanise an entire community and get away with it you are mistaken. that might slide in your own household but not out here.
and i’m not saying that people can’t grow. saying the n-word IS NEVER ok. EVER. The important part is that if you have ever said it, you educate yourself. you learn and you try to do better and HOPE and PRAY to god that the community you offended will forgive you at some point
if you continue to make a joke out of it and ignore your past you prove that you haven’t learned anything and we will continue to call you out on it until you learn your lesson and educate yourself. some people grow and others don’t. the ones that don’t deserve to be casted out
just like they casted out an entire community.
So white people: stop being fucking disrespectful and start having respect for everyone. some of y’all are disgusting.
and to poc people: im so sorry you have to deal with this shit. i can’t even imagine what y’all are going through but don’t ever let anyone invalidate your feelings. if you are hurt YOU ARE HURT. call people out!
