Since someone asked me this, here are some parts in tpw and the dragon republic where sexual assault is present

the poppy war, chapter 21: multiple rapes are described by a character, i think you can skip the description, just don't read from the paragraph that starts like "once the survivors began..." to the end of the chapter. the facts are mentioned later, though

also in general rape is mentioned several times, so if you can't stomach it i think it's better for you to not read the book at all

the dragon republic, chapter 28: there's a rape scene described, you can skip from "from the corner of her eyes, she saw a blue uniform" until the end of the chapter. The fact pops up later, though

the dragon republic, chapter 33: a rape is hinted, but it's not explicitly described. the scene is also very very brief

oh and don't forget to check all the other trigger warnings because this series is very very explicit, right now i can mention: physical violence, torture, genocide, drug use/abuse, racism self-harm, war destruction/effects

the dragon republic: during the book the sexual assault that happened in the precedent book is mentioned several times

the poppy war: in the first chapters/part the mc imagines sexual scenes under a negative light a few times, so maybe those could upset someone
