WATCH: Police shot a mentally-challenged man in Pasong Putik, Quezon City on Tuesday afternoon. Residents nearby tried to stop the policeman from shooting but they were just told to get inside their homes. @cnnphilippines
Another video circulating shows the man was reaching for his sling bag before the police fired his firearm twice. Witnesses claim that the man had no firearm in his sling bag. @cnnphilippines
