Having siblings and a big family teaches you consideration. It’s small things like checking if everyone has eaten before you have seconds, making sure you keep a communal space clean because you live with people. I think that’s why I detest selfishness !

I’m vegetarian and it MELTS my heart when my siblings offer to give up certain things for me because, “ shame uKhanya doesn’t even eat meat, let her have xyz”. They are younger than me and they don’t have to because not eating meat is a personal choice.
