Earlier today: Cebu City reported 139 new cases.

Now: @DOHgovph reports a total of 111 new cases in the COUNTRY.

Can somebody please enlighten as to why it’s like this?!
Is DOH only reporting data from RITM? Where are the results of lgu mass testing? How about outside MM? Luzon? Beyond Luzon island?
Ok sa based on replies we got:

1. There is a delay in transmission of data from lgu to the national database - this I understand (altho not an excuse). However why does it takes a few days bago mag reflect? Like hindi naman raw data ang sinusubmit ng lgu
2. DOH hq needs to verify all incoming data.

Which is dapat naman, but then again, bakit ang bagal? Nasa panahon tayo na sobrang halaga ng urgency. Kasi ang dating parang confusing tuloy yung medical bulletins wala namang disclaimer eh
Information sent by a frontliner. This is informative and at the same time, discouraging to know how the lack of system exists. This bureaucratic process is causing the delay.
