This is how I do Twitter:
I say what I like, I share what I like, I’m careful with what I share.
I’m not beholden to anyone, I don’t have allegiances to uphold, sometimes I challenge things, often I just scroll on by.

I welcome challenge but most of what I say is my opinion and opinions are neither wrong nor right, they are opinions. I like evidence, opinions don’t always require evidence.
If you’re rude, it’s likely I won’t be rude back but I might tease/unfollow/block and move on.

I don’t tell others what to do or think, its best not to tell me either, I’m relatively bright and can make up my own mind.
It’s cool when people like and share what I say but if they don’t, I’ll say it anyway because that’s why I’m here and this is my voice.

Occasionally I delete a post, usually if it brought trouble. Twitter isn’t a place for nuance and my tweets are oftentimes not black or white. If you don’t like what I say, just wander off and once you’ve wandered off, don’t come back, I might get grumpy and nobody needs that.

I love that people engage, I consider many of you to be friends and I try to respond as much as possible.
Twitter is a good place if you root out the weeds.
You have a right to speak, don’t ever let people deny you that.
